Here is what I consider a personal Southern Comfort Food. My father used to make this for me as a child for breakfast. It is a fried egg, 2 bacon strips chopped up in cheese grits and ketchup. The hot dog is something I added myself. To eat; I dip the hot dog in the grits mixture. Now don’t knock it until you try it. (^_^)b  Zoom
