My Exercise Plan
I’m walking 2 miles @ 3.0 mph for 40 minutes each day. After I’m done walking I get this mini high. Dude….wait…what?!
I’m also going to change it up by walking a mile, then another mile with the elliptical machine every other day. I’m going to give that a go for a month. I’m slowly trying to rebuild some core strength.
